ABS pipes are well suited to a wide variety of industrial applications and is a solvent welded pipe and fitting system that is both rigid and ductile, maintaining it’s own shape requiring less support than polyethylene pipe and is aesthetically pleasing especially when used on above ground installations.

The pipe assembly process especially on larger diameters above 200mm requires specialised hydraulic equipment to push the pipe fully into the fitting without stopping and hold it there for a setting period.
